• Development of processes and learning resources; where the scope of work includes the development of printing technology, audiovisual technology, computer-assisted technology and other integrated technologies.
• Utilization / user process and learning resources; where the scope of work includes pemnafaatan instructional media, the diffusion of educational innovation, implementation and institutionalization of educational innovation models, as well as the implementation of educational policies and regulations.
• Managing processes and learning resources; the scope of work includes project management, managing a variety of learning resources, management of delivery systems, and management of information systems education.
• The evaluator / researcher learning processes and resources; the scope of work includes analyzing the problem, the measurement reference benchmark, formative evaluation, summative evaluation lanilla education and research area.
